And today, prolonging those not very original tips we should come to some more original...

If You got a headache thinking of suitable present to Your friend, a solution could be these ones, though they seems to be already heard somewhere:

Give to Your friend a big (500 W power, at least) light bulb and wish: "My friend, let Your life be more shiny!"

Or another one, similar somehow (and rather devoted to men) :

"That's enough, no more socks cleaning". These words will perfectly introduce Your present - 365 couples of socks (or 366, if it's leap-year, like 2008).
